1️⃣ What is your role as a Site Engineer in building projects?
Answer:
A Site Engineer is responsible for executing construction work as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedule. My role includes supervising site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring material availability, maintaining quality and safety standards, and reporting daily progress to seniors. I also ensure that work is completed within timelines and as per quality requirements.

Quality control is ensured by following approved drawings, method statements, and quality checklists. I regularly inspect work activities like RCC, formwork, and finishing. Materials are checked before use, cube tests are conducted for concrete, and work is approved stage-wise. Any non-conformance is immediately reported and rectified.
