- Analyze BOQ items and specifications carefully.
- Interpret drawings and contract clauses to identify scope clarity.

- Identify extra items and scope changes at an early stage.
- Prepare variation statements and coordinate approvals.
- Assist in claims preparation for delay, escalation, or scope deviation.

- Support subcontractor onboarding and evaluation.
