- Position: Sr. Manager – MEP (Site Execution)
- Location: Manjari, Pune
- Experience Required: 10 to 15 Years
- Qualification:
- B.E. || B.tech || Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager in MEP site execution, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of services across projects. Your role will include:
- Leading complete MEP execution from project start to final handover
- Managing multiple project sites and coordinating with different teams
- Supervising MEP works including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire systems, and infrastructure services
- Tracking site progress, manpower utilization, and material planning
- Ensuring timely billing processes and quantity take-offs
- Handling site challenges and resolving technical issues effectively
- Monitoring adherence to quality standards and safety practices
- Managing documentation, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders -Sr. Manager MEP
🛠️ Required Skills & Expertise
To succeed in this role, candidates should have strong technical and leadership skills, including:
- Experience in large residential or township projects
- Hands-on knowledge of Aluform / Mivan construction systems (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of MEP services such as:
- Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems
- HVAC Systems
- Plumbing & Pumping Systems
- Electrical & Substation Systems
- STP, UGT & Township Infrastructure
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience working with client side, contractor, or PMC environments
- Strong team leadership and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with modern MEP techniques and industry trends
- Good understanding of project handover processes
