- Qualification: BSc and MSc in Civil or Transportation Engineering
- Certification: Chartered Engineer, Certified Road Safety Auditor
Experience Required:
- Minimum 8+ years in road transportation projects
- At least 5 years specifically in road safety audits and crash investigation
- Experience in 3 completed road safety audit projects
- Exposure to highway design projects in Sub-Saharan Africa preferred
