- Monitoring cost variations and maintaining project cost control
- Preparing contractor bills and client billing documentation
- Coordinating with site engineers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors
- Reviewing material reconciliation and cost comparison reports
- Handling project billing, valuation, and measurement activities
- Supporting contract documentation and claim management
- Preparing weekly and monthly project progress reports
- Maintaining records related to bills, invoices, and cost reports
