Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineer
Experience Required
- 8 to 12 years of overall construction project management experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience handling industrial construction or warehousing projects.
Key Responsibilities
The selected Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution and ensuring successful delivery within timelines and budget constraints.
Major responsibilities include:
- Managing project schedules and monitoring critical construction activities.
- Coordinating project resources and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Monitoring project costs, budgets, billing milestones, and financial performance.
- Reviewing construction drawings and ensuring execution as per approved plans.
- Conducting regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
