These positions are open for engineers involved in highway, bridge, and large EPC road projects.
🎓 Qualification & Educational Requirements
➤ B.E / B.Tech – Civil Engineering (Mandatory for engineer roles)
➤ Diploma – Civil Engineering (Eligible for select site-based positions)
➤ Candidates with exposure to road, highway, bridge, or infrastructure projects will be preferred
🧑💼 Experience Requirement
➤ Minimum Experience: 2 Years
➤ Maximum Experience: 20 Years
Relevant Experience Areas:
➤ Highways & expressways
➤ Bridges, flyovers & structures
➤ EPC / HAM / BOT projects
➤ Site execution, planning & coordination
➤ Billing, contracts & BOQ management
➤ Quality control, inspection & audits
➤ Construction safety & compliance
🛠️ Key Skills Required (Role-Based)
Technical & Site Skills:
➤ Highway and road construction execution
➤ Bridge / structure construction methods
➤ Planning tools (Primavera / MS Project – for planning roles)
➤ Billing, RA bills, BOQ & client coordination
➤ QA/QC documentation & site inspections
➤ Safety norms, audits & toolbox talks
Soft & Professional Skills:
➤ Strong coordination with site & project teams
➤ Ability to work at remote project locations
➤ Good communication and reporting skills
➤ Problem-solving in live construction environments
📍 Job Location & Location-Based Skills
➤ PAN India (Project-Based Deployment)
Major Project States:
Rajasthan | Gujarat | Maharashtra | Madhya Pradesh | Uttar Pradesh | Other Project States
Location Skills:
➤ Willingness to work at site locations
➤ Ability to handle project-based transfers
➤ Experience working in high-temperature / remote zones
➤ Knowledge of regional construction practices is an advantage
