🔹 Key Responsibilities
Selected professionals will be involved in civil and structural execution activities across major power project packages. The role may include:-Bluspring
- Managing civil and structural construction activities at project sites.
- Supervising foundations, TG decks, boiler structures and chimney-related works.
- Handling CW systems, ash dyke and associated infrastructure development.
- Executing BTG and BOP civil works in coordination with project teams.
- Managing contractors, subcontractors and site manpower.
- Coordinating interfaces between civil, structural and other engineering disciplines.
- Monitoring work quality, productivity and construction schedules.
- Verifying quantities and ensuring execution as per approved drawings and methodologies.
- Managing multiple work fronts and resolving site-level execution issues.
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards and approved construction procedures.
🎯 Candidate Profile
Bluspring is seeking professionals with strong hands-on experience in civil construction and execution, particularly within thermal power plants, power projects, industrial infrastructure and large-scale EPC projects.
Candidates applying for senior positions should have proven experience in project leadership, contractor management, civil package execution and coordination of complex site activities.
