▢ Project Manager (Civil – Buildings)
Experience: 12–20 Years
Role Overview:
➜ Lead end-to-end execution of commercial and residential building projects
➜ Coordinate with architects, PMC, consultants, and contractors
➜ Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and cost control
Key Capabilities:
➜ High-rise & commercial building execution
➜ Client & consultant coordination
➜ Project planning & leadership
▢ Construction Manager / Resident Engineer
Experience: 10–16 Years
Role Overview:
➜ Oversee daily construction activities and site teams
➜ Ensure work is executed as per drawings and approved methods
➜ Resolve site-level technical and coordination issues
Key Capabilities:
➜ Site execution management
➜ RCC & finishing works
➜ Progress monitoring
▢ Senior Site Engineer (Civil)
Experience: 7–12 Years
Role Overview:
➜ Supervise RCC, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing activities
➜ Maintain quality checks and site safety practices
➜ Prepare daily progress and measurement reports

▢ Site Engineer (Civil)
Experience: 4–8 Years
Role Overview:
➜ Assist senior engineers in day-to-day site execution
