1. Jr. Officer / Sr. Supervisor / Supervisor – EHS (Safety Department)
Department: Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement construction safety management systems.
- Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory norms.
- Monitor site safety practices and enforce preventive measures.
- Conduct safety inductions and awareness programs.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation and reports.
This role is suitable for candidates with construction safety experience in high-rise building projects.
2. Sr. Supervisor / Supervisor – Non-Technical (Stores)
Department: Civil Execution
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction materials such as steel, cement, aggregates, and finishing materials.
- Supervise labour handling and material movement.
- Maintain proper stock records and storage systems.
- Inspect incoming materials and coordinate with vendors.
- Ensure systematic stacking and site-level inventory control.
- Support procurement and billing teams with stock verification.
Candidates with experience in construction store management and inventory control will be preferred.
3. Sr. Supervisor / Supervisor – Non-Technical (Finishing)
Department: Civil Execution (Finishing Works)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise finishing activities including plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and woodwork.
- Coordinate with MEP teams for seamless finishing execution.
- Monitor gypsum, aluminum, and false ceiling works.
- Ensure high-quality finishing standards.
- Track work progress and maintain daily site reports.
- Control material usage and reduce wastage.
Experience in residential high-rise finishing projects is highly desirable.
4. Foreman – Steel (MIVAN)
Department: Civil Execution
Key Responsibilities:
- Study structural drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS).
- Plan and supervise reinforcement activities.
- Ensure correct placement, cutting, and bending of steel.
- Coordinate with structural consultants and engineers.
- Maintain safety and quality standards during steel fixing.
Candidates should have experience working with MIVAN construction systems.
5. Foreman – Shuttering (MIVAN / Conventional)
Department: Civil Execution
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise shuttering and formwork installation.
- Ensure correct alignment and dimensional accuracy.
- Monitor framework systems (MIVAN & conventional).
- Coordinate with engineering teams before concrete pouring.
- Maintain safety compliance during shuttering operations.
Practical knowledge of modern formwork systems is essential.
Eligibility Criteria

- Experience Required: 2 to 12 years in relevant high-rise building construction projects.
- Qualification: SSC / Intermediate / Any Graduation (as applicable to the role).
