Role Overview:
➠ Overall responsibility for execution of high-rise and commercial building projects
➠ Coordination with architects, consultants, PMC, and clients
➠ Control of project timelines, quality, safety, and cost
Key Expertise:
➠ Building construction management
➠ RCC & finishing works
➠ Client & stakeholder coordination
◈ Construction Manager / Resident Engineer
Experience: 10–16 Years
Role Overview:
➠ Manage daily construction activities and subcontractors
➠ Ensure execution as per drawings and specifications
