◆ Project Manager (Solar EPC)

Experience: 10–18 Years

Role Overview:

➤ Lead complete execution of solar EPC projects from mobilization to commissioning

➤ Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams

➤ Monitor project schedule, cost control, quality, and safety

Key Strengths:

➤ Utility-scale solar project execution

➤ EPC coordination & leadership

➤ Project planning & reporting


◆ Electrical Engineer (Solar Projects)

Experience: 4–9 Years

Role Overview:

➤ Handle installation of solar modules, inverters, LT/HT panels, and cabling

➤ Supervise testing, commissioning, and grid synchronization

➤ Ensure electrical safety and compliance

Key Strengths:

➤ Solar electrical systems

➤ HT/LT panels & protection systems

➤ Testing & commissioning


◆ Civil Engineer (Solar)

Experience: 4–8 Years

Role Overview:

➤ Execute civil works including foundations, MMS structures, roads, and drainage

➤ Coordinate with electrical teams for integrated execution

➤ Ensure quality and measurement documentation

◆ Planning Engineer

Experience: 5–10 Years

Role Overview:

➤ Prepare project schedules and monitor progress

➤ Track milestones and generate MIS reports

➤ Coordinate with execution teams for timely delivery

➤ MS Project / Primavera

➤ Solar EPC planning

➤ Progress monitoring

◆ Safety Officer / EHS Engineer

Experience: 3–7 Years

Role Overview:

➤ Maintain EHS documentation and compliance

◆ Store Incharge / Store Officer

➤ Manage solar materials such as modules, cables, MMS, and consumables

➤ Maintain stock registers, inward–outward records, and reconciliation

🎓 Educational Qualification

◉ BE / B.Tech – Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

◉ Diploma in Engineering (Applicable for site & store roles)
