Candidates should be willing to work on infrastructure project sites depending on project requirements.
Educational Qualification
Applicants should possess one of the following qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Candidates with relevant field experience in infrastructure or RE wall projects will be preferred (GeoSys India).
Experience Required
- Minimum Experience: 4 Years
- Preferred Experience Range: 4 – 8+ Years
- Hands-on experience in site execution, reinforced earth walls, and concrete works is highly desirable.
Immediate joiners will receive preference during the selection process.
Key Skills Required
Candidates applying for this position should have practical knowledge and technical skills related to infrastructure project execution.

Job Responsibilities
Civil/Site Engineers will play a critical role in managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring that projects are executed according to engineering standards and project timelines.
Site Execution and Technical Work
- Supervise construction activities related to reinforced earth retaining walls.
- Execute casting and erection work according to project specifications.
- Ensure proper alignment and quality control during construction.
- Understand and implement engineering drawings and structural plans.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with labour contractors and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Guide fitters, technicians, and site workers during construction activities.
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports.
- Maintain site documentation related to work execution.
- Monitor construction costs and track site expenditures.
Material and Inventory Management
- Track construction materials available at site.
- Ensure proper usage of materials during project execution.
- Perform material reconciliation and inventory tracking.
Quality and Safety Monitoring
- Ensure adherence to construction quality standards.
- Monitor safety compliance and site procedures.
