🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a General Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in managing dam construction projects from planning to execution. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the execution of RCC dam works, including cofferdams, spillways, stilling basins, and structural components
- Managing all aspects of concreting activities, such as mix design, placement, curing, and quality control
- Driving project progress through effective planning, scheduling, and monitoring
- Handling contractor coordination and performance management
- Collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and timelines
- Identifying and resolving on-site challenges to maintain project efficiency
- Overseeing QA/QC processes and ensuring compliance with engineering standards
🧠 Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong expertise in RCC dam construction and civil engineering practices
- In-depth knowledge of concreting techniques, reinforcement, and formwork systems
- Proven experience in site execution and quality assurance/control
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities

🎓 Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

- 10 to 15 years of experience in dam construction or large infrastructure projects
- Prior experience in RCC-based dam projects is highly preferred
