⬢ Project Manager (Tunneling / Underground Works)
Experience: 12–20 Years
Role Overview:
➤ Overall management of tunneling and underground construction projects
➤ Coordination with clients, consultants, JV partners, and site teams
➤ Monitoring project progress, cost, safety, and quality standards
Key Capabilities:
➤ Tunneling & underground project execution
➤ Contract & stakeholder coordination
➤ Risk and method statement management
⬢ Construction Manager / Resident Engineer (Civil)
Experience: 10–16 Years
Role Overview:
➤ Supervision of daily tunneling, shaft, and underground activities
➤ Coordination with survey, safety, and equipment teams
➤ Ensuring works are executed as per approved methods
Key Capabilities:
➤ Underground construction supervision
➤ Site coordination
➤ Progress monitoring
⬢ Senior Site Engineer (Civil – Tunneling)
Experience: 7–12 Years
Role Overview:
➤ Execution and supervision of tunneling, shotcrete, lining, and support systems
➤ Monitoring alignment, levels, and safety practices
➤ Maintaining daily site records

➤ Tunnel excavation & support works
➤ Site supervision

⬢ Site Engineer (Civil)
Experience: 4–8 Years
Role Overview:
➤ Assist senior engineers in underground works execution
➤ Coordinate with survey and safety teams

⬢ Mechanical Engineer (TBM / Equipment)
Experience: 5–12 Years
Role Overview:
➤ Operation and maintenance of TBMs, cranes, compressors, pumps, and tunneling equipment
➤ Planning preventive and breakdown maintenance
➤ Coordination with OEMs and vendors
Key Capabilities:
➤ TBM & heavy equipment maintenance

⬢ Electrical Engineer
Experience: 4–9 Years
Role Overview:
➤ Handling power supply, substations, cabling, lighting, and electrical systems for underground sites
➤ Ensuring electrical safety and compliance
➤ Supporting commissioning activities

➤ Industrial & tunneling electrical systems
➤ LT/HT panels & cabling
➤ Electrical safety practices
⬢ Safety Officer / EHS Engineer
Experience: 3–8 Years
Role Overview:
➤ Implementation of EHS systems in tunneling and confined-space environments
➤ Conduct safety inductions, audits, and emergency drills
➤ Maintain safety documentation
Key Capabilities:
➤ Tunneling safety management
➤ Risk assessment
➤ EHS reporting
⬢ Store Incharge / Store Officer
Experience: 5–12 Years
Role Overview:
➤ Management of stores for spares, consumables, explosives (where applicable), and equipment parts
➤ Inventory control and reconciliation
➤ Coordination with procurement and site teams

➤ Documentation & reconciliation
➤ ERP exposure (preferred)
🎓 Educational Qualification
◈ BE / B.Tech – Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
◈ Diploma in Engineering (Applicable for site & store roles)
◈ Safety Certification (Preferred for EHS roles)
