🧾 Key Responsibilities
The Accountant will be responsible for handling complete financial operations at the Head Office. Major responsibilities include:
🔹 Payroll & Wages Management
- Preparation and processing of monthly payroll
- Handling attendance records and wage calculations
- Salary sheet preparation
- Ensuring statutory deductions such as PF, ESIC, TDS
🔹 Bookkeeping & Reconciliation
- Maintaining accurate books of accounts
- Ledger scrutiny and reconciliation
- Monthly and quarterly closing of accounts
- Vendor and customer account reconciliation
🔹 GST Compliance
- Preparation and filing of GSTR-1
- Reconciliation of GSTR-2A & GSTR-2B
- GST return reconciliation with books
- Ensuring timely GST payments and compliance
🔹 TDS & Income Tax Compliance
- TDS calculation and reconciliation
- Filing TDS returns
- 26AS reconciliation with books of accounts
- Ensuring compliance with income tax regulations
🔹 Financial Reporting
- Preparing MIS reports
- Assisting management in financial decision-making
- Monthly financial summary reporting

🎓 Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) – Mandatory
- M.Com / MBA (Finance) – Preferred
