Position-Wise Requirements-ARM Reality
Project Head – Civil
Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably in high-rise projects. The role involves project leadership, execution management, RCC and MEP coordination, planning, MIS reporting, and overall project delivery.
Senior Engineer – Civil
Applicants with 5–10 years of experience can apply. Candidates should have strong knowledge of building construction, drawing interpretation, site execution, and coordination with project teams.-ARM Reality
Junior Engineer – Civil
This position requires 2–5 years of experience. Candidates should be familiar with concrete works, reinforcement, shuttering, site execution, and day-to-day construction activities.
Planning Engineer
Professionals with 2–5 years of experience are preferred. Experience with MS Project or Primavera and knowledge of planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project reporting will be beneficial.-ARM Reality
Billing Engineer
Candidates with 5–10 years of experience should have knowledge of client and subcontractor billing, rate analysis, BOQ preparation, measurement, reconciliation, and quantity-related documentation.
Store Incharge
Applicants with 2–5 years of experience can apply. Responsibilities include material management, inventory control, stock records, material receipt and issue, vendor coordination, and maintaining proper documentation.
Safety Officer
Candidates with 5–10 years of experience should have experience in construction-site safety, toolbox talks, safety inspections, risk assessment, statutory compliance, and implementation of safety procedures.
Quality Engineer
Professionals with 5–10 years of experience can apply. The role includes QA/QC activities, inspection and testing, quality documentation, adherence to applicable codes and specifications, and coordination with project teams.
Eligibility
The educational requirements vary according to the position. Candidates with Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech qualifications in Civil Engineering and relevant construction experience are encouraged to apply.
